Announcement

New Location!!!

CrossFit Memorial Houston will be moving to our new location at 1800 Sherwood Forest St (2 stop signs North of where we are currently located). This will take place no later than the first week of November but most likely sooner than that.

There will be an outdoor area that we are planning to develop and have a shaded rig outside. It has a bay door on both sides of the space for a flow through breeze and we are adding an A/C as well. 😉

Saturday 9/16 Yoga!

We have added the yoga class to the schedule twice a month, starting in September. It will be the 1st and 3rd Saturdays at 9:45.

Make sure you sign in on Wodify so we can know to expect you.
