5 Tempo Push-ups

Push-ups (Max reps)

Perfect Push-ups are when the body is straight and the range of motion is all the way from lockout to chest touching not resting on the floor back to full lockout. There is no worming or short changing range of motion. If this means your Push-ups go form 10 to 2 or 30 to 5 then this is very important for you. Do your best and take some coaching with humility.
