Partner 1 does entire round of the 5 movements while Partner 2 rests. Then Partner 2 does entire round of 5 movements while Partner 1 rests.
Each person will complete 10 rounds each.
Other options are doing 10 Rounds by yourself or attempting AMRAP in 35 mins.
