With a partner, complete 2 workouts. The class will separate into 2 groups – one group will start with workout 1, rest, then complete workout 2. The other group will do the workouts in opposite order. Available rest will be 5 min between workouts regardless of starting point
Workout 1 – 20 min cap, 15 min target
Complete a 2,000M row

5 Burpees
6 Alt DB Snatch 50/35
20 DU’s
One partner will be rowing while the other works through the reps. Alternate as needed, recommend every minute

P1 – 1 Bar complex
P2 – 1 Bar complex
2 Synchro Burpee
2 Synchro TTB
Add 2 burpee and 2 TTB every round. Do NOT add reps to bar complex
