Warm-up

8 Russian Swings

16 Hip Bridges or GHD Hip Ext

Deadlift (10 EOMOM
5 Touch and GO DL
70-90%)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 AMRAP
100 DUs or 200 SUs
40 Walking Lunges with a 50/35lb DB OH
40 alt DB Hang Clean and Jerk

*probably not going to be able to do that weight OH so scale it please!
