5 Tempo Push-ups
7 V-ups
9 Ring Rows or Scap Pull-ups

Metcon (Time)

For time
Alt EMOM till 100/80 cals are Rowed
Min 1 Row
Min 2 12 Burpees
Min 3 15 Empty bar Thrusters

For the Burpees and Thrusters you should not be working longer than 45 sec, scale if needed to keep it in that time frame
