12 alt V ups

Front Squat (Weight)

10 min alt EMOM
min 1 – 3 Front Squats 75% of heavy single
min 2 – 3 Box Jumps (be explosive)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 3 min till fail
10 Power Snatch 115/75
2 Burpees over bar
add 2 Burpees each round
