CrossFit Open 2025

The Open Wod will be the programmed workout for each day on Friday 2/28, 3/7 and 3/14. If you register and require a judge, you will have to set that up on your own.

Warm-up

8 min continuous easy movement

5 Push-ups

8 cal on Ski Erg

12 Reverse Lunges

15 Ring Rows

20 GHD Hip Ext or Hip Bridges

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 alt EMOM

Even: 30 sec of DU’s

Odd: 5-10 Pull-ups

CrossFit Games Open 25.1 Rx (Ages 16-54) (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell*
3 dumbbell clean-to-overheads*
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.

F: 35-lb (15-kg) dumbbell
M: 50-lb (22.5-kg) dumbbell

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
