100 Squats 95/65 (partner holds the bottom of a Squat actively)

50 Push-ups (partner holds a plank)

100 Deadlift 95/65 (partner holds barbell w/same weight)

* each team must complete movement before going to next station
** only 1 person is completing the reps at a time
*** if the partner performing the active hold has to rest, then partners switch or vice versa

The Open Wod will be the programmed workout for Friday 3/14. If you register and require a judge, you will have to set that up on your own.
