then 2 Rounds
200m Jog
5 Burpees
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a Partner
30 min AMRAP
Run 400m together
R1 30 alt DB Clean and Jerks (split) 70/50
R2 20 Burpees (split)
R3 10 BMU Split ( scale with jumping BMU or 30 Pullups)
Each Round begins with the 400m run and then alternate each round with the other movements

Roll your Lats, Glutes and Quads
